A structured 45-minute conversation, at no cost. We come prepared, ask the questions that matter, and set out plainly where we see the risk and where we see the opportunity. Where it's useful, the natural next step is a written assessment — a fixed-price diagnostic with findings, options and a recommended plan.

    Structured guidance on market entry, bids, supplier choice and program strategy. Retained or on call.

    A defined piece of work with a defined output — assessment, PMO design, supplier evaluation, bid response. Fixed scope, fixed price.

Crosshub Global is led by Mohamed "Mo" Saleh. He has more than twenty years of experience in aviation and transport technology. He is PMP and ITIL certified, and holds a master's degree in business management and engineering.

Engagements are delivered with a vetted network of senior specialists, matched to the work. Our main focus is Asia and EMEA markets.
